About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own P&L and champion team development for a subset of markets
  • Set strategy to maximize revenue and city profitability
  • Ensure vehicles are ready and positioned in the right places to maximize revenue
  • Oversee in-region KPIs
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional strategy work groups
  • Manage a minimum of a five-person team and drive professional development through routine feedback and candor
  • Make key decisions for the book of business, driving top-line revenue growth and bottom-line city profitability
  • Build and manage relationships with city stakeholders
  • Lead or influence cross-functional sprints and special projects across hardware, product, supply chain, inventory, growth, customer experience and support, government relationships, and sales
  • Lead operational teams with empathy across customer experience, regulatory compliance, utilization, growth initiatives, and inventory management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
  • 7+ years of work experience in operations, strategy, supply chain, and/or consulting
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Ability to lead & influence in a cross-collaborative environment
  • Data driven, driving the right outcomes from data backed decision making
  • 25% travel
  • Highly desired: previous experience navigating and building productive relationships with municipal and regulatory stakeholders
  • Highly desired: proven track record managing large-scale physical inventories or distributed hardware networks
  • Highly desired: previous experience in the micromobility, logistics, or transportation-as-a-service sectors
  • Highly desired: demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute complex tasks in high-pressure or fast-paced environments
  • Highly desired: advanced business degree (MBA) or proven history of building and scaling ventures from the ground up
