Build and maintain a talent pipeline for upcoming Operations team hiring needs
Review candidates for current and future operational roles, including Operations Specialist, Maintenance Specialist, Warehouse Supervisor, and City Operations Manager
City Operations Manager: oversee daily city operations, manage cross-functional teams, track KPIs, scale market presence, and manage local budgets
Warehouse Supervisor: direct daily warehouse operations, enforce safety protocols, manage inventory accuracy, and lead maintenance specialists to meet repair targets
Operations Specialist: execute fleet deployment and relocation, conduct battery swaps, perform basic diagnostics, and carry out field maintenance
Maintenance Specialist: perform routine maintenance and repairs, manage vendor relationships, ensure safety compliance, and minimize equipment downtime

Requirements

What you’ll need
