About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as a technical Salesforce developer on complex software development and support
- Work closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations
- Ensure stable operations, fix bugs, and build new capabilities
- Build Salesforce applications from development through support
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and specifications
- Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution
- Correct programming errors, respond to scope changes, and code application enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–8 years of SFDC development and implementation experience
- Experience building Salesforce apps from development through support
- In-depth understanding of SFDC CRM/PRM application capabilities and constraints
- Ability to identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze detailed business, functional, and technical requirements and specifications
- Knowledge of APIs and security settings
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or Master's degree with 3–8 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM/PRM modules
- Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- Experience with Lightning (Aura, LWC), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with SOAP, REST, and Bulk API integrations, integration patterns, and best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce PRM
- Experience with GitHub
- Knowledge of Omniscripts is an added advantage
- Experience with MSSQL DB, NodeJS, managed packages, Einstein Analytics, and Community Cloud is secondary
- Salesforce certifications are preferred/desired: Administrator (ADM-201), Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II is a plus
