Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse, plan, and drive implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution using Oracle JD Edwards
Execute and improve key service delivery processes
Establish and maintain project metrics and Key Performance Indicators
Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects
Understand project scope, schedules, and deliverables
Work with internal stakeholders to understand needs and expectations
Manage projects end to end
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in person and through remote working models as needed
Maintain partner relationships while ensuring deliverables and outcomes
Conduct periodic project reviews and mitigate risks
Escalate project issues to senior management when necessary
Drive accountability and continual service improvements
Review support practices and perform trend analysis on operational metrics
Report, analyse, and resolve implementation, stakeholder, and project operations issues
Improve support experience by evaluating and redesigning processes, communicating service metrics, monitoring results, and implementing changes
Implement process optimisation, improvement, and modernisation initiatives
Identify process inefficiencies and compliance issues and implement strategic solutions
Participate and collaborate within the IT team, provide feedback on daily activities, and recommend improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing ERP implementations
Experience with Oracle JD Edwards
Ability to analyse, plan, drive, execute, control, and close projects
Ability to define and monitor project metrics and Key Performance Indicators
Understanding of project scope, schedules, and deliverables
Project stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
Partner relationship management
Risk mitigation using a data-driven approach
Ability to escalate project issues to senior management when needed
Experience reviewing operational metrics and driving continual service improvements
Ability to report, analyse, and resolve implementation, stakeholder, and project operations issues
Experience with process optimisation, improvements, and modernisation initiatives
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and compliance issues and implement strategic solutions
Ability to collaborate within an IT team and recommend improvements
