About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices
- Ensure consistent application of Agile frameworks and promote continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and resolve issues affecting team productivity and delivery commitments
- Monitor sprint progress, velocity, capacity planning, and delivery metrics
- Identify value-stream bottlenecks and process-optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Delivery Teams to improve flow efficiency and reduce lead time
- Track and analyze flow metrics, cycle time, throughput, and work-in-progress
- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes
- Drive initiatives improving customer value realization and operational efficiency
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership
- Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, Lean methodologies, and Value Stream Management
