About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and support complex Salesforce software
- Work closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations
- Ensure stable operations, fix bugs, and build new capabilities
- Build Salesforce applications from development through support
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and specifications
- Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution
- Correct programming errors, respond to scope changes, and code application enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience stated for the role
- Must have at least 6–8 years of SFDC development and implementation experience
- Experience building Salesforce apps from development through support
- In-depth understanding of SFDC CRM/PRM application capabilities and constraints
- Ability to identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Experience analyzing detailed business, functional, and technical requirements and specifications
- Knowledge of APIs and security settings
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Typically, a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or a Master's degree, with a minimum of 3 years and up to 8 years of related experience
- Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud
- Salesforce CRM/PRM modules
- Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- Lightning (Aura, LWC), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- SOAP, REST, and Bulk API integration patterns and best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce PRM
