About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in client discovery sessions with technical and functional team members to identify the right solution for each client
Work closely with the Technical Lead to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Ensure the team has the information required to execute work
Confirm the technical team has required tools, including Sandboxes and Licenses
Manage scrum/agile ceremonies, including huddles, backlog grooming, increment planning, retrospectives, and sprint demos
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Implement strategies to minimize project impact and control deviations from schedule and estimated costs
Prepare and manage project schedules, burn reports, status reports, and change orders
Report project status to internal management and client management, escalating issues where appropriate
Maintain accurate forecasting for project resources according to the approved budget
Build and maintain day-to-day client relationships, exceeding expectations and ensuring satisfaction
Support clients throughout the project and post-project implementation process

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in IT industry
3+ years of experience in handling Salesforce projects
Good understanding of the Salesforce platform and product offerings
Certified PMP or in agile methodologies
