About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Aura, and LWC
- Implement low-code solutions using Salesforce standard tools and best practices
- Integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems
- Configure Community Portal/Experience Cloud
- Provide solutions for complex requirements and issues independently
- Participate in release management processes using VSCode, GitLab, Jenkins, DevOps, and related tools
- Work on Salesforce processes/applications, preferably in Automotive or Manufacturing domains
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce experience
- Good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configurations
- Understanding of Salesforce standard tools and best practices for low-code solutioning
- Experience in descriptive programming/configuration
- Experience customizing with Apex, Lightning Aura, and LWC
- Understanding of Salesforce capabilities and out-of-the-box/standard functionalities
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with other applications/systems
- Experience configuring Community Portal/Experience Cloud
- Ability to work independently and provide solutions for complex requirements/issues
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Experience/exposure to release management processes using VSCode, GitLab, Jenkins, DevOps, etc.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications or Architect certification
- Preference for experience with Automotive or Manufacturing-related Salesforce processes/applications
- Must be available to join within 0–15 days
