Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage customer-initiated IT requests from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, hardware procurement, resource allocation, and project execution
Coordinate remote work closely with teams
Provide end-to-end project management and direction
Ensure customers understand timelines, risks, escalation paths, and team roles and responsibilities
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
Help the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction
Lead scrum and development teams in self-organization
Apply successful Agile techniques
Provide frequent follow-up and governance for requests in queue
Facilitate formal reviews with support partners
Monitor deliverables until agreed-upon handover is achieved

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience of working in CMMI Level-5 company as Scrum Master or Project Manager
Good working knowledge of the Waterfall model
Good data analytical skills
Good understanding of engineering metrics including Review Efficiency, Defect Density, Defect Leakage, Velocity, and Sprint Completion Ratio
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
