Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and ensure successful technical delivery of Salesforce projects and engagements
Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for customer needs
Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud best practices
Develop Salesforce platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using Lightning framework (LWC and Aura), Visualforce, and Apex
Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Clouds
Architect, design, and develop advanced Salesforce platform customizations
Mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices and integration technologies
Perform code reviews and provide technical oversight
Lead technical planning and requirements-gathering phases
Lead the Salesforce development team through collaboration with internal teams and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10 years of experience
8+ years of overall Salesforce experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation
Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices
In-depth understanding of Financial Services Cloud Data Model, standard validations, and use cases
Understanding and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification preferable
Experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud an added advantage
Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I / Developer II / Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and others
Experience with deployment tools and methodologies: SFDX, Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT Tool, and change sets
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
