About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Develop high-quality, scalable code using LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura components
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal solutions using out-of-the-box features or custom development
- Apply design and coding best practices to ensure maintainability, performance, and security
- Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions
- Participate in solutioning discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Support the formation and mentoring of a new development team around the lead role
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 - 6 years of experience stated in the job details
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
- Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and Aura
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience in mentoring and leading development teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist)
