Key responsibilities & impact

Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems remotely and onsite
Perform updates and security patches
Resolve disruptions and issues in IT operations quickly and efficiently
Support the implementation of new IT solutions
Provide customer service and support for IT-related questions
Manage, maintain, and service server and client environments for small and medium-sized businesses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent German language skills
At least one year of experience as an IT Administrator, IT Service Technician, IT Helpdesk Specialist, or in a similar role
Vocational training or a degree
Strong communication skills
Reliability and trustworthiness
Interest in learning or deepening knowledge in the IT areas listed above
Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V
Knowledge of networks, protocols, DHCP, and DNS
Knowledge of firewalls
Knowledge of telephone systems
Knowledge of VMware virtualization
Knowledge of server and client installations
Knowledge of backup solutions, such as Veeam
Willingness to work onsite in Berlin three days per week
