About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Craft compelling articles, blogs, newsletters, website content, and educational resources across websites, landing pages, blog sites, and product touchpoints.
- Translate technical or regulatory topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
- Analyse content performance and optimise strategy based on traffic, engagement, and reach.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Legal, and Business teams to develop accurate and impactful content.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, content series, campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure storytelling remains cohesive, authentic, and aligned with BJAK’s voice.
- Stay attuned to cultural trends, audience behaviors, and evolving content formats.
- Identify storytelling opportunities that resonate across different markets and communities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, storytelling, copywriting, or related creative roles.
- Strong storytelling ability across websites, landing pages, and blogsites.
- Understanding of digital platforms, audience behavior, and content trends.
- Ability to develop ideas and shape them into clear, engaging narratives.
- Excellent command of both English and Malay.
- A portfolio showcasing creative content work.
