About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Test new and existing features and identify bugs and edge cases before release
- Log, triage, and track bugs with clear, reproducible reports
- Coordinate and run User Acceptance Testing and capture sign-off
- Write product cards, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain documentation, release notes, and how-to guides
- Support feature releases through pre- and post-release checks
- Gather and synthesise customer and internal feedback
- Track product usage, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Maintain product operations tooling, backlogs, and workflows
- Coordinate across engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams
- Lead an internship project involving Earth observation concepts
- Support the product lifecycle through research, planning, prioritisation, coordination, testing, and feature release
Requirements
What you’ll need- Final year student or recent graduate encouraged
- Candidates may come from business, engineering, computer science, physical sciences, or related disciplines
- Permanent residency or citizenship status required
- Interest in new space and/or Earth observation sectors
- Strong analytical, organisational, and written communication skills
- Comfort working with data and translating it into actionable insights
- Exposure to product, project, or operations concepts
- Interest in startups/small enterprise
- Knowledge and/or experience with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Linear preferred
- Familiarity with customer research, user feedback, or requirements gathering preferred
- Exposure to SaaS or platform-based businesses preferred
- Curiosity and creativity
- Enjoys working collaboratively in multidisciplinary fields
- Enjoys problem solving
- Passion for new space industry
