About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support engineering teams by performing technical tasks
- Assist in creating, modifying, and maintaining technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables
- Read, understand, and maintain working knowledge of standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, and company policies and procedures
- Develop understanding of and comply with the company Quality Program
- Support continuous improvement and change management efforts
- Learn to modify less complex deliverables based on varied design inputs
- Identify internal client needs and gain basic understanding of external client interests and drivers
- Proactively seek and share knowledge of current technologies and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry-level capacity under close supervision
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with digital tools, design software, CAD, BIM, and 3D tools
- Diploma or Certificate preferred
- Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search
- Visa sponsorship is not available
