About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and drive cross-functional technical and product initiatives through planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch follow-up
  • Provide hands-on project support across the software development lifecycle, including planning, dependency tracking, progress monitoring, risk identification, incident management, and stakeholder communications
  • Partner with engineering, product, and operations to maintain collaboration and clear communication across teams
  • Help manage timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple teams and initiatives
  • Instrument and monitor program health using metrics and derived insights
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Improve processes, documentation, and workflows to increase execution speed, visibility, and team effectiveness
  • Use tooling, automation, and AI-assisted workflows for planning, reporting, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3–5+ years of experience working with software engineering teams in a technical program management, project management, software development, or similar role
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and AI-enabled tools used throughout project planning and delivery
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern software development practices, languages and frameworks
  • Experience working in investment management / wealth management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
