About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own enterprise document and records-management design, implementation, and configuration baselines using Oracle WebCenter Content/Records Management
  • Define document capture, metadata/taxonomy/classification models, versioning, access controls, and search requirements
  • Establish records declaration, retention schedules, legal holds, archival, disposition, and audit evidence with business records owners
  • Confirm requirements for OCR, bilingual/Arabic search, and terminology validation
  • Design integrations with Oracle Fusion attachments, Enterprise Contracts, OIC/API connections, and approved Legal, Audit, Board, or Governance extensions
  • Support content migration strategies and object mapping
  • Own system integration testing (SIT) for content/records scope and support business UAT
  • Coordinate on restricted content, record/field access, privileged content, audit trails, and retention compliance
  • Finalize operational procedures, performance metrics, retention/audit controls, administration/user documentation, and handover materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of Oracle WebCenter Content / Records Management and enterprise DMS experience
  • Hands-on and lead experience designing and configuring WebCenter Content, document capture, versioning, access control, and search design
  • Proven expertise in retention schedules, records declaration, legal holds, archival, disposition, and audit evidence
  • Practical experience with OCR, enterprise search, and bilingual/Arabic search requirements and terminology governance
  • Experience integrating WebCenter with Oracle Fusion attachments, business processes, OIC/APIs, and APEX/approved extensions
  • Demonstrated experience supporting content migrations/object mapping and enforcing security for restricted documents, record/field access, and audit trails
  • Ability to produce WebCenter configuration baselines, MD.050/MD.070 design inputs, and own testing/handover activities
  • Extensive enterprise taxonomy and metadata design examples preferred
  • Real-world experience integrating Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/SCM) with WebCenter repositories preferred
  • Background in large repository content migrations and structured reconciliation preferred
  • Experience contributing to framework documentation such as RD.011, BF.016, TE.040, and DO.070 preferred
  • Strong understanding of production supportability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness for content platforms preferred
  • Candidates with only generic SharePoint/DMS experience, WebCenter administration experience lacking records-management depth, or no bilingual search and Fusion integration experience will not be considered
