About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the publisher on all product-related matters.
  • Facilitate product ideation at BLAST through creative sessions and stakeholder coordination.
  • Collaborate with broadcast, creative, and marketing teams to enhance fan engagement, storytelling, and competitive narratives.
  • Define the ecosystem’s future direction and identify opportunities to evolve and grow the product.
  • Lead and develop the ecosystem’s core team and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Own the ecosystem’s creative vision, style, tone, quality, and look-and-feel.
  • Work with the Programme Director to manage constraints and deploy on-screen budgets for creative and commercial impact.
  • Oversee budget planning and financial tracking for content production.
  • Manage publisher and commercial partner objectives and requirements as senior creative advocate.
  • Lead key on-screen event decisions, including stage design, artistic direction, and show elements.
  • Oversee venue and wider operational planning and maintain quality control across consumer-facing output.
  • Monitor product performance, audience insights, and feedback to inform future decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6+ years in production within esports, sports, entertainment, or broadcast, with proven success managing end-to-end production cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to ideate, pitch, and execute compelling content that drives fan engagement and elevates brand storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Proven experience in managing production budgets, with the ability to optimize spend, forecast accurately, and ensure accountability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between creative teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of esports ecosystems, fan communities, and trends across esports ecosystems.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, broadcast, marketing, and external partners to deliver unified outputs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing long-term strategy with short-term delivery needs.
  • Proficiency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to oversee product delivery at events and collaborate with on-site teams.
