About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, develop, and manage MDM policies, profiles, and devices
Create new user profiles, application packages, and security policies using best practices
Manage device registrations and configurations
Ensure compliance with security standards and policies
Create and update existing profiles
Create, develop, and maintain knowledge documents for support teams
Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible
Assist with large-scale projects and project management
Coordinate with project managers and Scrum Masters on updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
Advanced conversational English
More than 5 years of experience in MDM-specific administration and development for Android and Apple platforms, including work on or management of large-scale projects
Experience configuring and implementing user profiles for Android and Apple platforms
Experience configuring and implementing MDM security policies and application packaging for Android and Apple platforms
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
