About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and goals
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout delivery
- Support system testing, UAT, and implementation activities
- Create documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques, including workshops, interviews, and process mapping
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
