About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, presentations, one-pagers, training resources, and other frontline sales materials
  • Develop educational content translating new offerings and complex marketing solutions into clear, actionable messaging
  • Support business development presentations, executive-level decks, and value proposition materials
  • Prepare sales teams for new product launches, capabilities, and service offerings
  • Develop and organize training materials for positioning and selling new solutions
  • Own projects from initiation through completion
  • Manage multiple initiatives, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder communication and follow-up
  • Support development and commercialization of marketing capabilities, products, and service offerings
  • Coordinate internal review, approval, governance, and readiness processes
  • Support launches of new marketing solutions and develop repeatable enablement processes and frameworks
  • Support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Prepare leadership updates, presentations, and progress reports
  • Present project updates and recommendations to leadership
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and shifting business needs
  • Build relationships across marketing, sales, product, risk, legal, creative, analytics, and partner teams
  • Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing enablement, product marketing, project management, consulting, financial services marketing, agency account management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish, including planning, coordination, execution, and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, sales enablement materials, training resources, and executive-level communications
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively identify solutions
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership with executive presence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible materials
  • Must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship
  • Preferred: experience in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or marketing technology
  • Preferred: background in lifecycle marketing, customer acquisition, direct marketing, audience targeting, or campaign strategy
  • Preferred: experience supporting sales enablement, product launches, go-to-market initiatives, or marketing capability development
  • Preferred: familiarity with privacy, legal, compliance, risk, or governance approval processes
  • Preferred: experience developing marketing strategies, business development presentations, or revenue-growth materials
  • Preferred: experience with large financial services organizations or payments companies
  • Preferred: experience using AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies
