About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end design for key product flows, from discovery through delivery, with minimal oversight
- Translate complex, ambiguous requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences
- Create high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications ready for implementation
- Apply visual and interaction design skills to deliver polished, scalable solutions
- Ensure alignment with design systems, accessibility standards, and established frameworks
- Maintain a high bar for craft and improve quality and consistency
- Partner cross-functionally to define problems, shape solutions, and prioritize work
- Contribute to UX strategy and roadmap alignment
- Use data and research to inform decisions and validate solutions
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Identify risks and opportunities, mitigating or escalating as needed
- Make recommendations to influence product direction
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners
- Communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale to stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment through workflows, prototypes, and user stories
- Partner with Engineering to understand constraints and ensure quality implementation
- Work with Product and Project Management to plan and deliver outcomes
- Contribute to critiques, reviews, and product demos
- Help evolve team practices, workflows, and standards
- Advocate for user-centered design
- Present work, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor and support junior designers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related field
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and library usage
- Experience working within and contributing to established design systems
- Experience designing enterprise or transactional systems (e.g., complex workflows, internal tools)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and shipped outcomes
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver solutions
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centered experiences
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work and operate with increasing autonomy
