About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate business problems into technical specifications through Spec-Driven Development to optimize the delivery time and quality of complex solutions.
- Build integrations for multi-agent architectures using the Model Context Protocol standard while ensuring security for critical rules.
- Develop end-to-end solutions by creating Gateways and Adapters and implementing management portals for our partners.
- Implement cost-optimization and context-engineering strategies, actively reducing the product’s LLM token consumption.
- Structure load and security testing, leveraging AI productivity to ensure operational stability and transaction auditing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in C#/.NET for building robust APIs and ReactJS for frontend development.
- Hands-on software engineering experience, with expertise in requirements management and quality assurance within microservices architectures.
- Ability to translate complex financial business rules into scalable technical designs for banks and fintechs.
- Hands-on experience integrating systems through Webhooks and MCP, as well as modeling distributed and scalable databases.
- Experience applying generative AI tools such as RAG and Function Calling to automate intelligent workflows.
- Strong decision-making and strategic facilitation skills, with the ability to take calculated risks when defining the best architecture.
