About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Detect and investigate bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud and suspicious player activity.
- Review flagged accounts, transactions and withdrawals.
- Develop fraud detection rules and controls to reduce losses while protecting legitimate players.
- Work with payments, compliance and customer support to resolve cases and report emerging risks.
- Work closely with marketing to approve reward and bonus schemes and mitigate the risk of gaming.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive hands-on experience in a fraud and risk role at an online crypto casino is essential.
- Proven experience identifying bonus abuse, linked accounts, payment fraud and chargebacks.
- Confident using fraud tools, device fingerprinting and player transaction data.
- Strong investigative skills and sound judgement when handling suspicious activity.
- Able to independently manage cases and take ownership of fraud processes.
- Experience with crypto casinos and crypto payments is essential.
- Able to provide mathematical models to challenge the casino, casino games, and marketing campaigns to minimise fraud
