Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement smart contracts
Integrate on-chain systems with backend and frontend services
Write tests, deployment scripts, and upgrade paths
Review contract security and operational risks
Support indexing, events, and transaction monitoring
Collaborate on token, custody, and market flows
Work closely with backend and product teams to ship secure, production-ready on-chain systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of software engineering experience
Strong Solidity or equivalent smart contract experience
Understanding of EVM fundamentals and common patterns
Experience with Hardhat / Foundry (or similar)
Ability to reason about security and edge cases
Comfort collaborating with backend and product teams
Audit experience or formal verification exposure (nice to have)
Experience with L2 networks including Polygon, Arbitrum, or Optimism (nice to have)
ethers.js / web3.js integrations (nice to have)
RWA, DeFi, or fintech product experience (nice to have)
