About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure and tune AI agents for customer documents and processes.
  • Drive post-go-live automation from first live volume to target automation rates.
  • Deliver customer automation sprints.
  • Resolve open AI questions about customer business logic and make decisions permanent.
  • Investigate root causes of stalled automation, including master data, process rules, and behavior.
  • Own customer health across a portfolio, measured primarily by automation rates.
  • Act as run lead and escalation point for live customers.
  • Challenge process rules and drive improvements with department leads.
  • Enable customer teams to resolve issues independently.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and involve Sales and Client Partners.
  • Secure and monitor service consumption against budgets.
  • Scope automation sprints and additional services and ensure paid work is billed.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers and feed recurring patterns to Product.
  • Work alongside Consultants on customer accounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; strong career changers are equally welcome.
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience; internships, working student roles or a first analytical job count.
  • Structured, analytical way of working and solid command of Excel or equivalent.
  • Confident in front of customers, from operational teams to their leadership.
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
  • Bonus points for experience with ERP systems, accounts payable or order management processes, SQL or Python, or AI-driven SaaS.
