About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run implementations end to end, including kick-off, scope, planning, configuration, testing and go-live.
Manage several customers in parallel at different stages and keep projects on schedule.
Work with customers on their processes and flag invalid process assumptions early.
Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers and AI Automation Specialists.
Own and manage project scope and change requests.
Keep projects within budget and escalate effort drift early.
Hand over projects cleanly at go-live to Consultants and the support organization.
Following onboarding, work from home with regular visits to customers across the DACH region.
Attend team days, all-hands and offsites in Zurich and company hubs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
Ability to run several projects at once without losing control of any of them.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to translate a business need into something a technical team can act on.
Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
Bonus: ERP implementation experience, finance or supply chain processes, or AI-driven SaaS.
Legally authorised to work in the country of employment.
