About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run implementations end to end: kick-off, scope, planning, configuration, testing and go-live
- Manage several customers in parallel at different stages and keep them on schedule
- Work with customers on their processes and identify invalid process assumptions early
- Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers and AI Automation Specialists
- Own and manage project scope and change requests
- Keep projects within budget and escalate effort drift early
- Hand over cleanly at go-live to Consultants and the support organization
- Own delivery outcomes of global programs from kick-off to final go-live
- Drive the first go-live and coordinate wave planning across ERPs, entities and countries
- Run steering committees and own resulting decisions
- Write and execute recovery plans for off-track programs
- Lead blp teams on engagements and coach Project Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects in management consulting, enterprise software implementation, or large-scale transformation delivery
- Proven track record running multi-country or multi-entity programs with senior client stakeholders
- Experience steering committees that include client executives
- Experience leading a delivery team rather than only a plan
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to translate a business need into actionable requirements for a technical team
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
- Bonus: ERP implementation experience, finance or supply chain processes, or AI-driven SaaS
- Legally authorised to work in Germany
- Solid business proficiency in German
