About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Get customers live through hands-on, end-to-end project delivery
Orchestrate large global transformations across finance, procurement, and supply chain
Run implementations from kick-off through scope, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live
Manage several customers in parallel and keep projects on schedule
Work with customers on their processes and identify invalid process assumptions early
Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers, and AI Automation Specialists
Own and manage scope and change requests
Keep projects within budget and escalate effort drift early
Hand over projects cleanly at go-live to Consultants and the support organization
Own delivery outcomes of global programs, including plans, scope, dependencies, and dates
Drive first go-live and manage rollout waves across ERPs, entities, and countries
Run steering committees and own resulting decisions
Write and execute recovery plans for off-track programs
Lead blp teams on engagements and coach Project Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience delivering complex projects in management consulting, enterprise software implementation, or large-scale transformation delivery
Proven track record running multi-country or multi-entity programs with senior client stakeholders and steering committees including client executives
Experience leading a delivery team rather than only a plan
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to translate a business need into something a technical team can act on
Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
Bonus points for ERP implementation experience, finance or supply chain processes, or AI-driven SaaS
Legally authorised to work in Germany
