Key responsibilities & impact

Guide enterprise clients through assessment, design, configuration, and implementation of Adobe Workfront solutions
Translate business goals and work management needs into scalable workflows, practical processes, and solution designs
Lead strategic Workfront implementations and partner with stakeholders across the content supply chain
Support organizational change and process optimization
Connect Workfront with relevant Adobe technologies and complementary applications
Design and configure enterprise-level Workfront business process solutions
Create project plans, solution designs, templates, layouts, queues, custom forms, reports, and supporting implementation materials
Provide consulting services through implementation, launch, and go-live readiness
Assess existing business processes and recommend scalable workflows, process improvements, and adoption strategies
Align Workfront solutions with Adobe products and content supply chain stages
Identify client needs and opportunities to increase Workfront adoption and business value
Serve as a Workfront business process and configuration subject matter expert
Mentor and coach client teams, provide knowledge resources, and support escalations and solution adoption
Contribute lessons learned and reusable practices to improve delivery and implementation methodologies
Work across enterprise client engagements and support outcomes aligned to business priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and demonstrated business process consulting experience
5+ years of experience in business process or management consulting, specifically with Adobe Workfront
Proven experience delivering end-to-end Workfront solutions for large enterprise organizations, including organizations with 5,000+ employees
Ability to assess, design, document, and optimize business processes and work management workflows
Experience guiding client stakeholders through implementation, solution adoption, and complex change
Understanding of the broader Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target
Strong technical aptitude
Exposure to API-driven integrations, migrations, enhancements, and third-party software integrations
Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams, evaluate interconnected challenges, and recommend practical solutions
Ability to lead solution adoption, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and share knowledge through coaching and mentoring
Experience with organizational change management methodologies preferred
Knowledge of the broader content supply chain preferred
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Willingness to travel up to 20%, with travel up to 50% possible for some engagements
