About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with business leaders to analyze workflow and develop and implement process improvements for Enrollment Services Division areas
  • Lead corporate projects related to the Enrollment Services Division
  • Serve as a point of reference for complex enrollment system and processing issues
  • Work with multiple resources to resolve system and processing issues
  • Communicate with all levels within the division regarding projects, issues, and project implementation education
  • Support assigned enrollment unit with day-to-day reporting and system issues
  • Analyze and research complex operational problems related to quality control and procedures
  • Develop and maintain system test plans with Enrollment
  • Provide project management
  • Create and update training materials
  • Develop scopes, business requirements, measurable objectives, risk assessments, and issue lists
  • Act as liaison between management, staff, and vendors
  • Build and maintain Enrollment workflow rules within the system
  • Analyze files and perform mapping between systems
  • Facilitate meetings at multiple staff levels
  • Apply a data-driven improvement cycle to improve, optimize, and stabilize business processes and designs
  • Partner with business operations management to develop and maintain productivity strategies and measures
  • Develop repeatable, sustainable, measurable process improvement initiatives
  • Identify process improvements and communicate them to area management
  • Perform high-level and detailed analyses of processes and trends that do not support desired results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of experience in operations with knowledge of enrollment systems
  • 3 years of experience in a professional business environment, including internships
  • High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study
  • Intermediate use of office equipment and word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
  • Intermediate PC proficiency, including Access, SQL, XML, HTML, and project management software
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels across the organization
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships in a collaborative team environment
  • Project management skills
  • Advanced experience with enrollment systems
  • Ability to navigate, gather, input, and maintain data records in multiple system applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
