About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end execution and operational delivery of value-based care programs across the enterprise
Drive execution across cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders accountable for timelines and objectives
Identify and resolve operational barriers affecting program implementation and execution
Establish operational workflows, governance, and accountability structures
Ensure readiness for new program implementations, contract changes, and model updates
Oversee initiatives improving program delivery and provider engagement
Translate analytics insights into actionable operational changes
Align processes with contractual requirements, measurement methodologies, and financial expectations
Prioritize and sequence operational initiatives across enterprise stakeholders
Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues
Lead standardized processes supporting attribution, reporting inputs, and operational execution
Provide leadership updates on execution progress, risks, and mitigation actions
Build and lead a value-based care program operations and delivery team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
In lieu of degree, 12+ years of experience in related field
Demonstrated experience leading execution of complex, cross-functional healthcare programs in both Commercial and Medicare Advantage (preferred)
Strong understanding of value-based care program structures and operational requirements (preferred)
Experience working across clinical, financial, and operational domains (preferred)
Experience working with provider organizations, health systems, and clinically integrated networks (preferred)
Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed or federated environments (preferred)
