About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to senior executives and leaders on complex organizational challenges
- Lead transformations and develop scalable organizational development approaches
- Diagnose, design, and drive organizational development and organizational effectiveness interventions
- Advance culture, organizational change, team effectiveness, and leadership development
- Lead organizational and workforce system effectiveness efforts, including organization design, operating model effectiveness, governance, decision-making, role clarity, accountability, and cross-functional ways of working
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to design and implement OD strategies, programs, and solutions
- Develop and advance organizational change strategies aligning talent, behaviors, and actions with desired cultural outcomes
- Conduct and interpret qualitative and quantitative analysis to diagnose gaps and inform executive decision-making
- Define success measures, adoption indicators, and impact metrics for OD/OE solutions
- Develop enterprise-wide and division-specific culture action plans
- Strengthen high-trust, high-performance culture by aligning employee experience, leadership behaviors, and organizational practices
- Drive execution of OD/OE initiatives with Principal Organizational Development Advisors
- Facilitate alignment, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Influence senior leaders, HR partners, Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Design and deploy culture, change, leadership, performance, and team-effectiveness resources across delivery modalities
- Apply industry trends, future-of-work developments, methodologies, and leading practices to OD/OE strategies
- Develop and execute change management and organizational adaptability strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field
- Proven expertise designing and executing OD interventions for complex and enterprise-wide business challenges
- Experience leading culture transformation initiatives and developing strategic culture roadmaps
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide organizational development models
- Prior experience with scalable team effectiveness and workforce optimization
- Demonstrated expertise in change leadership and large-scale organizational transformation strategies
- Working knowledge of Peakon Employee Voice
- Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or another related field preferred
