About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions, integrations, scripts, reports, and AI-enabled solutions
Write clean, testable, maintainable code following established software engineering standards
Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and automation patterns using company-approved technologies
Partner with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to translate complex needs into technical solutions
Support CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and DevOps practices across development environments
Troubleshoot complex development and production issues and improve reliability and performance
Build reporting and monitoring capabilities
Evaluate and implement generative AI use cases with testing, human oversight, and security and data-handling standards
Research emerging technologies and provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required), or 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree
5+ years of experience in related field
Experience with enterprise automation suites, with a strong preference for UiPath
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate valued
Experience with Python, .NET/C#, PowerShell, Power BI, or generative AI for AI-assisted workflows and automation
Experience with AWS services and cloud automation
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar technologies
Experience creating reusable automation frameworks or capabilities within a Center of Excellence, platform engineering, DevOps, or enterprise technology organization
Familiarity with observability, monitoring, security automation, and cloud governance practices
