Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, product innovation, market development, consulting, pharmacy operations, or related strategic functions
  • OR master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, product innovation, market development, consulting, pharmacy operations, or related strategic functions
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs, projects, and strategic initiatives from opportunity assessment through execution and value realization (preferred)
  • Experience in pharmacy health plan operations, PBM, pharmacy strategy, or healthcare consulting
  • Business development, product strategy, financial analysis, and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of identifying and implementing opportunities that reduce cost of care, generate revenue, and create sustainable business value
