About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business owners to define, plan, and deliver technical initiatives throughout the project life cycle
  • Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives
  • Lead multiple projects concurrently as needed
  • Ensure business and technology partners produce and approve deliverables according to multiple project schedules
  • Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope
  • Mentor and provide feedback to team members in a heavily matrixed environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
  • Blue Cross NC will not sponsor employment authorization for this position
