About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a product expert and partner with Marketing, Social, PR, and Creative teams to support product launches, campaigns, photoshoots, PR placements, events, and social content through assortment curation and brand storytelling
  • Maintain and manage the product database and product development trackers, ensuring accurate style setup, updates, and cross-functional visibility
  • Manage product sample logistics, including vendor communication, shipment tracking, internal distribution, sample sign-in/sign-out, and delivery for review, approval, styling, and production
  • Organize physical and digital sample archives with accurate labeling, documentation, and traceability
  • Assist with product reviews, presentations, collection overviews, and assortment strategies
  • Identify and implement process improvements across sample management workflows
  • Conduct trend and market research, including visual inspiration, competitive analysis, and industry insights, to inform fine jewelry and luxury merchandising opportunities
  • Support operational initiatives, cross-functional communication, special projects, and ad hoc administrative responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years prior experience in merchandising or buying environment preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for Data Entry and Reporting (V-LookUps, exporting, etc)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Interest in fashion, luxury, jewelry, styling, and brand storytelling
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
