About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute electrical test procedures under the supervision of senior test engineers and record results accurately
  • Assist with bench and test equipment setup for electrical test campaigns
  • Perform pre-test and post-test equipment checks
  • Document test anomalies and escalate off-nominal observations
  • Support procedure red-line mark-up incorporation and documentation updates
  • Maintain ESD compliance, bench cleanliness, FOD prevention discipline, and configuration accountability
  • Support test readiness gate preparations, including hardware inventories, configuration verification, and test setup checklists
  • Participate in test briefings, anomaly reviews, and lessons-learned sessions
  • Develop competency in electrical test methods, GSE operation, and data interpretation under mentorship
  • Support the TeraWave satellite communications network by enabling high-rate satellite production

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in electrical test, electronics laboratory work, hardware verification, or a related hands-on technical role; relevant internship or co-op experience accepted
  • Basic familiarity with electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies
  • Ability to follow detailed technical procedures carefully and completely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data recording
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document observations clearly
  • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
  • Ability to pass Blue's Standard Background Check
