About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, triage, investigate, and remediate insider threat-related security indicators and anomalies
- Conduct insider threat investigations under senior analyst guidance from initiation through resolution
- Assist in evaluating and implementing controls to reduce Blue Origin's insider-threat attack surface
- Apply counterintelligence concepts to security operations to identify and address insider-threat activity
- Build, configure, and maintain case-management workflows for investigative tracking and reporting
- Develop and maintain metrics dashboards and trackers covering program performance, case status, and investigative trends
- Design and build custom tools and automations to reduce manual effort and streamline recurring analytical or investigative tasks
- Identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and propose or implement technical solutions
- Administer and configure case-management and program software, including workflows, fields, and reporting configurations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while contributing to larger, complex team projects
- Experience conducting open-source or all-source intelligence analysis and investigations
- Working knowledge of modern adversary tradecraft and associated mitigating controls
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with ability to build trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ability to learn, configure, and build tools within specialized/proprietary platforms; training provided on program-specific systems
- U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. permanent residency, or lawful admission to the U.S. as a refugee or asylee
- Successful completion of required background checks
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Preferred: 2+ years of intelligence analyst or investigative experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with NISPOM or other government security/regulatory frameworks
- Preferred: Familiarity with ONTIC SW
- Preferred: Experience supporting a formal Insider Threat Program in compliance with DCSA standards
