About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and operational sustainability
  • Provide ownership and leadership in high-priority areas with limited process maturity or organizational structure
  • Quickly learn complex business processes, tools, and operational challenges
  • Serve as the bridge between technical development teams and operations groups
  • Enable stakeholders to understand product features, implementation steps, business impacts, and value propositions
  • Lead onboarding and change management for new tools across multiple operations teams
  • Communicate feature launches, updates, and roadmaps through presentations, demos, training materials, and documentation
  • Gather and relay operational feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Identify and resolve barriers to adoption and execution
  • Develop scalable rollout plans covering pilots, success metrics, risks, timelines, and post-launch support
  • Facilitate syncs, workshops, and working sessions across operations, engineering, product, and leadership
  • Track adoption, program performance, risks, pain points, and business impact
  • Deliver data-driven updates and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Improve deployment, onboarding, and operational workflows and user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations integration, change management, product deployment, or a similar role
  • Experience in a fast-paced and technically complex environment
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and organizational change
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to rapidly learn new subject areas, build credibility, and become a trusted partner
  • Ability to influence and educate non-technical teams on technical topics, tools, and process changes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce executive-level summaries and user-facing documentation
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, insight generation, and actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management capabilities
  • US work authorization required
  • Preferred: experience leading large-scale software, tool, or process rollouts
  • Preferred: experience in flexible program roles requiring shifting between business-critical initiatives
  • Preferred: familiarity with feedback management platforms, user onboarding tools, enablement platforms, or workflow systems
  • Preferred: PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification
  • Preferred: experience with ERP, planning, or workflow systems
  • Must satisfy applicable Blue Origin export-control eligibility requirements (U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
