Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Provide ownership and leadership in high-priority areas with limited process maturity or organizational structure
  • Rapidly learn complex business processes, tools, and operational challenges
  • Serve as the bridge between technical development teams and operations groups
  • Enable stakeholders to understand product features, implementation steps, business impacts, and value propositions
  • Lead onboarding and change management for new tool adoption across multiple operations teams
  • Communicate feature launches, updates, and roadmaps through presentations, demos, training materials, and documentation
  • Gather and relay operational feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Identify and resolve barriers to adoption and execution
  • Develop scalable rollout plans with pilots, success metrics, risk management, timelines, and post-launch support
  • Facilitate syncs, workshops, and working sessions across operations, engineering, product, and leadership
  • Track adoption, program performance, risks, pain points, and business impact
  • Deliver data-driven updates and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Improve deployment, onboarding, and operational workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations integration, change management, product deployment, or a similar role
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and organizational change
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to rapidly learn new subject areas, build credibility, and become a trusted partner
  • Ability to influence and educate non-technical teams on technical topics, tools, and process changes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce executive-level summaries and user-facing documentation
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management capabilities
  • US work authorization required
  • Experience with large-scale software, tool, or process rollouts across multi-team operations or supply chain environments preferred
  • Experience in flexible program roles requiring shifting between business-critical initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with feedback management platforms, user onboarding tools, enablement platforms, or workflow systems preferred
  • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred
  • Experience with ERP, planning, or workflow systems preferred
  • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee status required under export control regulations
  • Standard background check required for all positions
