  • Troubleshoot container, networking and deployment issues
  • Assist with development, staging and production environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma, Degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure or a related technical role
  • Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working with cloud environments
  • Strong Linux and scripting knowledge
  • Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • Experience with Git-based development workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Practical experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP
  • Knowledge of cloud networking and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of IAM and access management
  • Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline / CodeBuild, or equivalent CI/CD tools
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible and/or CloudFormation
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Python, Bash/Shell scripting and/or PowerShell
  • Experience with GitHub, GitLab and/or Bitbucket
  • Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Elastic Stack, CloudWatch or equivalent monitoring platforms
  • Reliable internet connectivity
  • Suitable home working environment
  • Availability during agreed working hours
  • Ability to respond to priority technical incidents within agreed SLAs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Clear communication with development and technology teams
