About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting
Provide direct patient care and conduct patient assessments
Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary
Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Practice autonomously without corporate administrative interference
Join a team of therapists and a prescriber through onboarding and team matching
Meet with collaborating therapists at least monthly to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
Perform clinical work from home on a self-chosen schedule
Attend virtual clinical conferences at least weekly during the first 90 days, then monthly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in alternative states
1+ years of experience as a PMHNP required
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals
Strong computer and technology skills
Strong clinical background in psychiatry
Strong background in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments
Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
Master's degree required
PMHNP certification/license required
