About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide evidence-based mental health care through telehealth consultations
Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients
Collaborate actively in a team-based format with psychiatric and counselor providers
Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
Work clinically from home using a clinician-chosen schedule
Participate in virtual clinical team meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
Open to obtaining licensure in additional states as needed
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist required
Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, strongly preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in using computers and technology
Prior experience providing Telehealth services preferred
