Operations Support Agent
Blue Valet. Participate in the remote day-to-day management of operations at airports and train stations across France, in coordination with service providers and partners .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the remote day-to-day management of operations at airports and train stations across France, in coordination with service providers and partners
- Take over some of the responsibilities of Operations Managers during their absences
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of field teams
- Work with Operations Managers to drive performance, particularly through data analysis and the implementation of action plans
- Handle administrative follow-up and daily reporting
- Provide daily support to the valet fleet to ensure activity coordination and monitoring
- Manage various operational issues in the field
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be rigorous and well organized
- Be proactive
- Be comfortable using IT tools, particularly Excel
- Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work as part of a team
- Be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Be available for on-call duties
- Be available to work non-standard hours and weekends
- Permanent, full-time position
