Requirements

  • Experienced Legal Adviser or Legal Consultancy Firm
  • Expertise in Malagasy employment and labour law
  • Experience with organisational restructuring, employee consultation, redundancy and termination, employee relations, and legal risk management
  • Knowledge of related governance, regulatory, contractual, and dispute-management matters
  • Ability to provide technically sound, clear, practical, timely, and proportionate legal advice
  • Ability to support senior management in implementing organisational change lawfully and effectively
