About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and enhance features across the BlueCat Integrity ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain backend and frontend components using Python, React, and PostgreSQL
  • Design and implement reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements
  • Solve complex technical challenges with the team
  • Contribute to code quality, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
  • Work with integrations and APIs across the Integrity ecosystem, including public cloud providers
  • Participate in an initial screening call and, if shortlisted, on-site technical assessments and cultural interviews during the job fair from October 26th to 30th

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment
  • Proficiency and confidence working with Python, React, and PostgreSQL
  • Solid understanding of software design principles and development best practices
  • Exposure to testing frameworks, automation tools, and infrastructure concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional engineering team
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with other programming languages such as Java or Go (nice to have)
  • Experience in networking or infrastructure software development (nice to have)
  • Experience or familiarity with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) concepts (nice to have)
