About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and perform testing for major system enhancements
- Review documents for testing and create test matrices
- Prepare and review test data and execute test cases
- Evaluate test results for errors and report problems through appropriate channels
- Suggest corrections for successful system implementation
- Research and document system problems and assist in their resolution
- Review and complete daily reports to ensure system performance
- Prepare written reports and analyses, including recommendations on system functionality
- Serve as a liaison between production operations, area testers, and Information Systems
- Assist customers and testers with issues arising in production and during testing
- Use internal and external software and applications for testing, development, and technical research
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working in related processing support systems
- Basic business math skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Related systems support knowledge
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Office
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, during normal business hours
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
