About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage products after launch or implementation, including sales support, market strategy, and issue resolution with vendors and customers
Support implementation and ongoing collaboration with multifunctional teams
Monitor and measure product/program efficacy and provide regular updates, reporting, and annual reviews with recommendations
Manage external vendors, including group onboarding, sales training, member-level issue resolution, and client/vendor invoicing
Analyze and coordinate aggregate executive summaries for clients and lines of business
Develop, coordinate, evaluate, and provide customer support for activities and programs
Create member feedback collection methods, monitor member satisfaction, and improve services to enhance customer experience
Maintain training and marketing materials
Build and maintain relationships with external companies and internal lines of business
Maintain detailed procedures and documentation of data sources and product methodology
Develop and implement policies, procedures, onboarding, and invoicing processes
Prepare charts, illustrations, graphic presentations, and narrative analysis
Monitor and interpret healthcare utilization trends and offer solutions
Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in job related field
Associates degree plus an extra 2 years of job-related work experience for a total of 5 years of required work experience, or 7 total years required work experience
Three (3) years of product experience (wellness, virtual care, transparency, etc.)
Microsoft Office Suite
Healthcare solution, vendor management, account management, implementation coordination, or operations experience preferred
Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional business stakeholders preferred
Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, operational procedures, and status reporting preferred
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, implementations, and operational priorities preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, leadership, and internal business partners preferred
Experience translating business requirements into Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation requests, testing activities, and production-ready solutions preferred
Healthcare transparency or provider directory experience preferred
Healthcare claims, eligibility, or network knowledge preferred
Experience with RFP responses and client-facing presentations preferred
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience preferred
SharePoint administration preferred
Confluence experience preferred
Basic data analysis and reporting preferred
Contract / invoice management experience preferred
