About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support a diverse portfolio of projects across claims, finance, data governance, and other enterprise business priorities
Partner with organizational leaders to understand business objectives
Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
Define project scope and document requirements
Identify current-state gaps and translate business needs into actionable requirements
Collaborate with senior leaders, managers, executives, technical teams, and project teams
Drive project intake, analysis, approvals, and project planning through the project lifecycle
Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues
Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups
Identify and document system constraints, implications, and consequences of proposed system changes
Assess change impacts, define business rules, and implement solutions across functional boundaries
Lead requirements analysis and verification
Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, feasible, and verifiable
Identify opportunities to improve requirements gathering, documentation, and translation
Serve as project lead, business systems analyst lead, or technical lead, or manage phases of larger efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
1 year leading requirements development efforts
1 year extensive systems analysis, design and project management experience
3 years of experience in Information Technology and systems analysis
Knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards
Ability to interpret and translate technical and complex concepts into meaningful information
Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills
Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
